This extreme workout will push you to the edge, while exercising as a team. CrossEdge classes feature a variety of cross training workouts including ropes, weight sleds, tire flips, etc. Coaches are experts in high intensity training and the extreme workouts will make sure you get results.

P90X

One Step At A Time: P90X


P90X is total-body strength and cardio conditioning that helps you blast fat and build lean muscle fast. It’s tough—but your instructor can show you how to modify any move, and the group motivation will help you push past your plateaus.

Upper Strength : Target your chest, back, shoulders, and arms using dumbbells or resistance bands, as well as your own body weight.

Lower Strength: Build leaner legs and stronger glutes with lunge and squat variations, power moves, and plyometrics.

Cardio & Core: The cardio block revs up your metabolism, while challenging core work trains for functional stability.

One Step At A Time: PiYO Video 

PiYO combines the strength training of Pilates with the stretching and core training elements of Yoga to create a low impact workout that strengthens and sculpts your body. Unlike traditional Pilates and yoga classes, PiYO’s choreographed sequences are designed to burn calories and make you sweat.

Water Aerobics

One Step At A Time: Water Aerobics


This class is designed to be simple, easy to follow, yet demanding. It will help tone every major muscle and get your heart rate going! We will improve your range of motion for your hips, knees, ankles, and shoulders. Class is held in the 4-ft section of pool, no swimming skills are required.
